To comply with City and
County ordinances, and to help facilitate property ownership of
property in Adams/Valley counties by residents of Adams/Valley
counties, AIRDOG LLC has developed the COUNCIL GREENS AFFORDABLE
HOUSING PROGRAM.
This program is meant to
offer incentives for residents of Adams and Valley counties to
invest long term in their community.
To that end, AIRDOG has
identified nine lots in the COUNCIL GREENS subdivision that will be
offered both at full market price (with no deed restrictions
attached), and also at a reduced price with deed restrictions as a
condition of sale.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEED
RESTRICTIONS
If a lot is purchased at the
AFFORDABLE HOUSING price, for the term of 10 years, that lot may
only be re-sold to a person (or persons) who derives a minimum of
70% of his/her total income within Adams or Valley counties.
This restriction applies to
the parcel purchased in the COUNCIL GREENS subdivision, whether it
has been built upon or not.
